Providing Internet Services via Mac OS

I was snooping around the net for info on DNS servers for the Macintosh and I stumbled across a reference to a book titled Providing Internet Services via Mac OS. The link for this book was something like http://www.pism.com.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, the reference to this book stated that an online version existed. The link to this online version is currently "for sale" and the online version of this book is no longer available.

Does anybody have a copy of this online book available that they might be willing to share? Does anybody know of an alternative source for this online book?
