We've seen: http://www.mini-itx.com/projects/wraithse/
And many of us (myself for sure) really didn't like the extreme level of, uh, whatever-ness that went into it.
Today I just Googled up the Mini-ITX SE/86! Nicely done in general, but the rear port setup leaves a little to be desired. The CD-ROM cutout is nice, for sure. Not a slot-load, but to get a tray loader in there, it's good.
And one or two of them were done almost perfectly, this would not be one of them. i'm not saying it totally sucks, but someone posted one a LOT like this a few months back that had a 9in black and white CRT and the USB ports modded into a plate in the expansion bay. everything was done great. if anyone remembers what i was talking about, please post that.
You are probably referring to this:

Yeah. That one's much nicer. I especially like the slot-lading CD drive.. or is it DVD.. whichever it is, it's kick-booty.
I'd say both Mac-ITX and the SE/86 handily out do the Wraith SE...
The "Wraith" is just butt-ugly. You could do a better job with a cardboard box and a dull ax.

I made one inside of a SparcStation IPX
