I have a fully populated and tested one that I'll sell to you for $50, including shipping within the USA. That's for the card in an antistatic envelope sleeve, plus shipping materials, not the original box. PM me if interested. As the one on ebay is going for $70, unpopulated, before shipping, I think this is very reasonable.

I can vouch for Mutant (not like he needs it) but he sold me a //c 1 MB card that is flawless, like new, and for cheap.
