Trying to remember Apple II edutainment titles

Back when we were still using Apple IIs in Australian primary/elementary school, I remember playing a particular game, in which one stage involved a truck (I think?) catching different shapes as they fell down the screen, like some kind of polygon factory.

A complete long shot, but does anyone recall an edutainment game with this sort of stage? It's pure nostalgia for me to seek it out.

There was another edutainment game that always creeped me out - one of the failure states meant you ended up getting cooked alive by some old witch, can't for the life of me see the educational benefit. Does anyone know what that might be?

This almost sounds like Broderbund's Gumball (you caught gumballs falling down various paths into a cart), however - this wasn't of any educational context.

I also think I found something like this in one of the compilation game disks on Asimov. You may try checking on those if possible.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think it will be inside one of those compilations but I won't rule it out. The factory level was just one of many on the disk.

I wonder if I could find out what it was by looking at the old school curriculum.. hmm.
