how do I open a sit.hqx file in windows?

Hi. I have installed Stuffit expander and 7-Zip, per google, in my windows 7 box trying to uncompress a file sent to me.

The full file name is: Anubis_Utility_V3.sit.hqx

Can anyone suggest some software I can run under Windows 7 to un comprerss this file?

Do Stuffit and 7-Zip not work?

If they don't, I would just recommend setting up a little Mac emulation and unstuffing it that way.

Suffit Expander and 7-Zip will not work.

I do not know how to set up a Mac emulation.

I will google that now and see if I can figure it out. If anyone has a tips, please let me know.
