Hi,
Does anybody knows of Apple ][ schematics that are on 1 big page (A2/A1) in high quality? It would so much easier to follow on screen and I would to get some of them printed on a big poster as well. I do remember in the 80's an electrician/enthusiast friend of my dad that had a whole collection of A1 or A2 schematics of Apple and Commodore he used to pull out when fixing them. I have been searching for a few days now and have found the traditional websites with the schematics split over multiple pages and often of medium quality.
Thanks!
I do not have my later edition of the Apple II Reference Manual (not the Red Book) handy, but I seem to remember that a fold-out large version of the Apple II motherboard schematic was included with that manual.
The edition with a fold-out schematic is common on eBay. Some examples:
Apparently the asking price is inversely-proportional to value.
I have high resolution JPG scans of the red book Apple II Reference Manual schematic pages and those schematic pages from the later Apple II Reference Manual, 22 pages in all.
I have recreated all the schematics from the original Redbook, they are vector format, so resolution is of no concern.
Thanks all for your feedback, I didn't realise they was a foldout in the reference manual. Pity it is either creased or medium quality scans online
khai, are your schematics accessible somewhere?

That's a pretty impressive re-master of the Red Book. It must have taken quite an effort to reproduce it, and more than twice the effort to spell-check and correct errors.
Nice job.
That version will be replaced with a new version in the near future, most of the corrections are visual, that version has many pages using letter Gothic 10 pitch when they are suppose to be 12, also page 123 is being replaced with a vector image you actually see, light italic font is being replaced with a far more accurate font, mostly tweaks.
Since I had to move to a new place to live I hadn't much time to do these things.
I am speechless... how good is this version! Incredible how all illustrations were recreated in beautiful detail. This should be on the internet archive. i do not see the foldout 1 pager schematics in there, did I miss it?
The fold-out is in a later version (colored cover) reference manual. Here some quick handheld photos of it I just took:
