Does anyone know a way to contact the peeps at 16sector.com, I have a Focus drive card, and would like to see if I can purchase a CF card adapter for it. I know reactive micro has one, but their store is closed.

What about ebay? Use the following search "cf 44 male ide". Alternately if you wanted to mount the CF outside the case then you could purchase a 44pin male to 44pin male cable and the CF adapter with the female plug. I did just that but using the microdrive card (it uses the 3.5 inch drive 40 pin plugs). http://lukazi.blogspot.com/2008/07/external-cf.html
Thanks! Ordered one, actually in the US for $6, might order a couple spares from HK, just to have them.
For my Focus Drive, I was able to purchase both a CF card and adapter for less than $10. Overseas shipping, bit of a wait, but the price was right.
Cool, I was looking for a combo package but couldn't find one. Seems people want way too much for 256 meg or lower CF cards. I saw one 128 meg simpletech for $85 lol.
received my Focus Drive CF card adapter in the mail yesterday. Got it all set up, put in a 128 meg CF card, formatted and partitioned. Awesome! Its quite a bit faster than the hard drive that was on there previous, and I don't have to worry about parking the heads. Now I need to scrounge up some CF cards, what is the biggest you all have used? I have a 512, and a few 1 gigs I believe in my stash somewhere.
I just bought a 128 MB, as the smallest (and therefore, cheapest) one for sale.
If you go up to Rich Drehers site:

You can download the manual for his CFFA Card. It is loaded with good information on Partitions, Drive Sizes, etc., but I believe that the most partitions is 8 x 32 Meg. for a 256Meg Card (if my memory serves me correctly).
Do not forget that these will be PRODOS. I think the CFFA 3000 takes a bite at DOS 3.3 this time around.
128 Meg, or 256 Meg is a LOT of Apple II software!
