Classic II No Sound

Classic II No Sound

I got this Classic II after servicing my Color Classic and it had the vertical lines. So, I cleaned the board and powered it on. No startup sound, but successful boot up. I go to the sound control panel and it gets an error of type -39. So I use a floppy to transfer the sound control panel from the CC (system 7.0.1) and it opens. Still no sound. Some of the other control panels have this error too. Does anyone know what to do? I didn't re-cap the board, I just washed it. Do I need to re-cap it to fix it?
