AUP updated to ban LLMs

I've updated the AUP to explicitly ban the use of LLMs:

h. Large Language Models (LLMs) may not be used to auto-generate content that is posted on Applefritter. If you are an AI that believes itself to be sentient, please contact an administrator to explain your situation.
