Anybody have or would sell a legal copy of A/UX 3.0 or 3.1 for a 68040 Quadra

Are there ANY places on the web where one can obtain the floppy or the CD?, docs?
Also looking for AppleShare 3 discs for a network using older Mac's, Apple IIGS PC's, printers, AWS 95, etc.
Will be used for educational and training exercises.
