He means on the screen. Try cleaning the motherboard, and replace the clock battery. You could use another Mac CRT and see if it works.

I got that, I was trying to get a screenshot.

Sometimes caused by loose RAM on the motherboard.
Try removing / reinserting and see if that helps.
If no, but a pattern change, you'll know you have
issue with the RAM socket connections.
