MacTest Pro won't fix your monitor. It's for testing logic boards. If you mean that you want the service manual for your monitor, Google for it.
BTW, MatTest Pro is *not* freeware, and asking for copyrighted software at Applefritter is a no-no.
Yes I´m know, first the mac test pro can backup the EEPROM via serial conection on the monitor and i need this skill.

You can't buy it. Apple only offers it to their authorized service providers. Your best bet at getting a copy would be eBay, but keep in mind that Apple's not too cool with the reselling of their service tools.
and against all the rules, cuz Apple's real stingy with their proprietary tools.

I got a copy on one of the Apple service source cds i have here. Yet I don't work for apple... and to my knowledge they are not illegal copies.
I only ran it once...then got scared. The help file had lots of scary bits in it...

Applefritter is not a place to discuss software piracy or the distribution of copyrighted software. There are places for this, such as Russia, Romania, or the local prison … please go there. Topics discussing such matters will not be tolerated and will probably be locked.
