no kidding. obviously, not all of it is there yet, but soon. as soon as I get my IMb format HDD mounted, and transfer over the 300+mb, and if I can ever figure how to convert Atrac3Plus files back to MP3 (I did it the other way around), I will have another 500+mb. get back to me then.

*ie, I didn't pay for it, don't want it, can't be bothered selling it and hardly ever use it, so it looks new.
ok so now what is everyone's fav genre? i dont think this is too far off subject....
919 songs, 3 days, 10.24GB (my per-song file size is relatively high, as I've got a lot of Apple Lossless-encoded files, and a lot of 320kbps mp3s and mp4/aac's).
My favorite genre is rock I suppose, but my tastes over the past few years have broadened considerably. This month my most frequently played artists include Green Day, Johnny Cash, Queen and Todd Rundgren (among others).
Matt
Industrial and the subs like Industrial Metal. Maybe even a little Goth Metal. But then there's electronic groups like Massive Attack. Do I have to pick just one genre? Heh.
I listen to just about everything minus classical and country. it all depends what mood im in, but i have MP3 cd's with rap rock and alternative.

About 1700 songs/movies 22 gb on my g5, another 1000 or so on the imac, and once i get a machine that can mount an ntfs volume, another 30,000 or so. Also, a 15 gig 3rd gen ipod(mostly used to run classic off of and hold oregon trail).
Put your NTFS volume in a firewire case, im pretty sure ive done that before and it worked.
