Boot Problem

Hi guys, a friend of me , bought a colour classic, the problem is that it came with a boot problem , the "?" over a dikette simbol,
I have tried a lot of boot disks, and no luck, could anyone at all point me to a good boot disk?

Two obvious options:

System 7.5 Network Access Disk (on Apple site) or
Sysyem 7.1 Disc Tools floppy, but you need tp add System Enabler 401 to boot a CC.
