Anyone know how to get OSX.2 to acknowledge my S-video out port? Does it only activate when playing videos like DVD's? It doesn't show up under displays even with a 7-pin S-video cable hooked up. Help?

It may be a 9 only feature. XPostFacto doesn't list it as supported, so I'm doubting vanilla OS X would work.
FWIW, on my iBook it auto switches to video mode when I plug in the adapter. Your WS might need to boot with it plugged in to see it.
Yes, that was the first thing I tried.
