Quicksilver and GeForce TI 4600

I just got a GeForce TI for my Quick' 2002 (its the 733 edu' edition). It has VGA, DVI and Svideo output. When I boot up I get black squares after it boots. When I change the resolution on the display, it gets rid of them. The only other card I have is a PCI SCSI card in slot 2 of the PCI slots. HELP
