Is it a Mac edition Radeon, or a flashed PC version?

Why install the download?

I've got a 64mb Radeon 7000 in my machine right now. It's a flashed PC version, but I thought all the 64mb 7000's were flashed PC's. Never had any problems with it in OS 9 and X.
Anyway, what was the software installation for? The card should run fine in OS 9.2 or X without any added drivers.

Radeon 7000 64MB

I'm glad you figured it out, but could you please let us know the solution? It helps us all... BTW: there is no 64MB Mac version of the card. This is a major beef of mine, as most all of these cards are sold on eBay, and list Mac compatibility, but if you were to ask ATI for help for one of these cards in a Mac, it would most likely be a dead end... Forums like these help all with trouble shooting flashed cards...

Cheers.
