Which DVD drive for PowerMac G4 AGP

Hi all!
I need to replace the DVD drive in my PowerMac G4 AGP 400 MHz. Would this

be compatible and allow the PM to boot under Tiger without trouble?
Thanx for your advice in this matter?

It works!

I bought the DVD ± RW 8.5GB PIONEER DVR-109BK Black-OEM drive yesterday! And it works great Wink Does anyone have an idea how to flash this drive? I have looked around and it seems I need a PC to do this for this drive!

The drive should work fine as

The drive should work fine as a standard read drive. But for any ability to write you will need to use PacthBurn. I have a Pioneer DVR-108 and LiteOn 52x52x36x16 Combo drive with my g4 here, both work great with patch burn.
