Need 128MB EDO 72-Pin SIMMs. Must be 128MB, not 2 x 64MB chips.

In case you are intending to use this in a Classsic Mac (68k 040) make sure you take a look at http://colourclassicfaq.com/mobo/ram.html since not all 68k's can actually use these (worked like a champ in my 575 and 630).
