huh?

Can you clarify that? Anyone is capable of cashing a money order, it is just a matter of finding a bank, credit union, or other entity willing to do so. In almost all cases, your bank should be able to cash/deposit a money order that is drawn in the same currency as the local format. For international money orders not drawn on your local currency, you will need to go to any major bank. You will most gain/loose money based on the exchange rate if this is a factor, but that is to be expected. You can even go to a Western Union.

With the exception of depositing a money order into you banking account or possiblly cashing one at a bank at which you hold an account, you may incurr a small fee for cashing this (comparable to the fee sometimes charged for cashing a check). A money order is similar to a cashiers' check in that regard.

Otherwise, you will be hard-pressed to find an individual that can "cash" the money order short of their buying it from you at the face value of the money order and then going through the above processes I just described.

Only on Applefritter do the spammers get well thought out and coherent responses. There's a reason why I love this place.

I think it's been posted here

I think it's been posted here before, but it's well worth linking again. This is highly recommended reading for spammer/scammer-baiting:
