I've got a copy of AMFV for A

I've got a copy of AMFV for Amiga in a box in the basement lab... I can't recall if it is the same cover or not. I was too young back then to understand what the game was about, but now it seems like it might be cool to play.

K, I don't care if games cons

K, I don't care if games consoles aren't counted here(they ARE computers, though), my favourite game cover of all time is that of Nights Into Dreams for Sega Saturn. Don't know why, that cover just seemed so glitzy and captured the feel of the game so well. Incedentally Nights is also my favourite Saturn game, but who cares? Wink

NiGhts into Dreams was an awe

NiGhts into Dreams was an awesome game. I always wanted to get the rare christmas nights into dreams demo.

My favorite game box has to be Star Raiders for the Atari 8 bit system. I loved how big the box was compared to my atari 2600 games and the artwork just entranced me. I was around 13 or 14 when I bought it at the local Computerland back in 1982 or so. I still love that game to this day. Garbage Scow Captain...

Here is a tiny pic of what I am talking about:

Great cover . . . what about. . .

. . ."Yars Revenge" for the Atari 2600. I think that it was probably one of the better solo play games for that system, and I vaguely remember the box art as grabbing me. The Star Raiders box art above is awesome. Man, back in those golden days, they sure could sell fairly abstract lo-res video games with perspective/mind challenging artwork.

I also really liked the artwork for the intellivision TRON based games. Never got to play any of them though. . .

Yars revenge is one of the al

Yars revenge is one of the all time greats and one of the games that I still play on my 2600 when I fire it up (along with warlords and indy 500 and maybe even video olympics), but star raiders is the game with the artwork that has stood in my mind for the last 24 years. Dang. 24 years since I got that game.

Your small reminder...

Seems to have killed off the new posts.

Can we start doing video games again?
