You're better off to sell the Thinkpad on eBay and then buy a CC on eBay. Also, please don't type in all caps, even if you did just realize how much you LOVE TEH COLOR CLASSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exclamation points are OK, but don't waste space with them. Finally, even seeng the subject line of this thread makes me wonder about either your age or where you're from. Cause either your english isn't all that hot, or you're about 7 years old.
Not to be mean or anything, that's just how it comes off
Colour Classics are pretty uncommon, I don't think anyone who has one would trade for a dead-battery laptop. No offense. You might want to try selling it on eBay and then putting the money towards a CC, as was previously stated.
They also forgot to put a bunch of 1's in with their exclamation points, like this: !!!!!!111
Anybody using an Apple USB Keyboard has an excuse to miss a few !s and plonk in a few 1s instead...the SHIFT keys on these are dreadfully unreliable.
And AFAIK it normally looks something like this: OMGWTF!!111!!!!!1!!1 assuming that their pulses of excitement cause them to bear down with varying intensity on the shift key.
Why do you say this? You can get them from free to under $30 if you know where to look.
Bernard (the original poster), and myself had a deal worked out, but he appears to have vanished before closing, just when he was supposed to email me a postage tracking number.
I was very lucky in that I'd convinced him to ship first, so neither of us are out anything. I'm just annoyed he didn't seem to have the decency to let me know he was cancelling our arrangement.
Just another warning to be careful when setting up any trades with strangers.
Heh...I guess I can actually thank Steve L. for making me extra cautious
EEUN!!!!!1111!!!OMG!!!!!!
