Uhm... yeah.

In the same spirit, I think I'll hollow out an iMac and put a Lite-Brite inside.

"Now to my knowledge this has never been done before. If this works out this will be the first 40-watt lightbulb-powered glowing iMac (non working) one that I have seen. An *extra* more difficult step I am starting to look at is making patterns on the screen with the little plastic pegs."

WHY?

why ruin a perfectly good ipod?

a better idea would be to change the red LEDS in the buttons to blue, and keep a working ipod!

It *wasn't* a perfectly good iPod. If you read the page, it says that only the battery and hard drive were working, and the rest was dead.
