Beige G3 mobo in 9600 case ?

Anybody ever tried to put a beige G3 DT mobo into the 9600 tower ?
Is the 9600 the same as the beige G3 MT ? Power Supply issues ?

Hmm...

While I've never done a G3 MB to 9600, their cases seem quite similar. They might even be close in similarity on the inside too. They might not be though, the 9600's motherboard was a bit bigger than a beige G3's. Their power supplies aren't compatible either. You can use a cheap ATX power supply with the g3 and affix it somehow inside the 9600 case.

I have a beige G3 PSU I could use but I was hoping it was the same as the 9600/200.

Oh well, it was a thought.....
