question about Apple 1 Original Parts

Hi,

A friend is building an Apple 1 replica and i have some of the parts. I checked the list and pictures for them and i got a couple of questions. if can someone help me out to identify the correct ones or the ones that are more close to the real ones.

the cinch i have, although is the same size, its not the correct one right? because its the 22 pin version.

i only have a few TI sockets. would this similar be also considered ok?

and regarding the 22uf blue caps, i have the phillips 015s, this is not the correct one? it should be 015? but there are also picture of siemens. which one of them is the correct to be used?

regarding the ICs, i thought it was mostly TI. but the pictures i see are Fairchild, National Semi and Signetics. which period of time would be the correct one?

im attaching pictures of the parts. I will look for the fairchaild, NS and Signetics and post them later.

Hi jx86!

Here's a site where you can see pictures of all the original Apple-1 components.

not quite

I think collecting components like this will take a long time to add up to a full Apple I board.

Your edge connector is totally wrong. Yes, it is green, but the type of contacts is all wrong.

Cinch 50-44H-30-1 is what would be needed for an accurate replica.

You could also use EDAC 305-044-521-501 if that's easier to find.

Hi thanks. yes i saw a better picture and it doesnt pass. im just trying to help a friend and I get around 50 tons/year of old computers at work i dont see every boards with this components, but it makes the job more interesting hunting for parts among them. i would say every month a handfull of boards land on me that contain parts from this era.
