Hi, I have been reading a number of posts on this site and think that the visitors to this site are the most knowledgeable whenit comes to Apple II computers. I have been a collector of Apple computers for years. I learned to program on an original Apple II and have been using Apple IIs and Macs over the years. I do not post messages a lot as I have an aging Mom, work and the rest of my family that keep me very busy. I have an original Apple II computer that is in good shape and would like to sell it to an Apple II fan/collector/user. Where is the best place to sell this computer? I'd rather not use eBay, but if that is the best place I guess I can. I really want to sell it to someone who will use it (a hobbyist, Apple II fan-type) and would prefer to meet the buyer in person to show them the Apple II before purchasing. Thanks for your help.

I wouldn't know the best place, or if there even is one, but you can post it here, you'd want to get pictures of the computer, make sure to show the keyboard, label with serial number on the bottom, and the back side of the computer. Open the computer to get a picture of the board (as much as you can get in a picture), the serial number on both the board and power supply, and you may get asked for more. Give your location, depending on where you are there might be someone close enough that would go pick it up.
