best place to buy replacement LCD or send out machine for repair

im willing to spend some money on my powerbook and i want to get the screen replaced. where is a good place to buy screens or send it out? im not too keen on ripping this machine open right now. Thanks in advance.

previous owner dropped it or

previous owner dropped it or something causing the entire bottom right 40% or so to be broken.

Whick powerbook is this?

Is this the PBG4 you were talking about in the OS9 thread, Smiththers, or some other model PowerBook?

Some LCDs are easy to swap out (5300, Pismo), while with others you pretty much have to swap out the whole display assembly (Titanium, 12" PBG4).

More info from your end will result in better advice from our end.

looks like ill be buying the

looks like ill be buying the screen and replacing it myself... or just running my 20" lcd from the DVI port... thanks for the reply though!
