I recently discovered through an obscure (and archive.org archived) webpage that there WAS, in fact, a few obscure PCI cards that allowed NuBus cards to be hooked up, but now I'm wondering if there any obscure cards that allowed PDS cards to hook up to Nubus or PCI. The practical purpose wouldn't be much, except allowing PPC towers to use the Apple IIe card.

The software for the Apple IIe card was very picky. If I remember correctly, the card won't even work with a Quadra 605 for some reason or another, and will only work with an LC or an LC II. It most certainly won't work on a PowerPC, unfortunately.
I seem to recall that the IIe card would also work in the LC III, as well as the Color Classic. Might also work in the LC 520 and 550. It's quite possible that the card simply won't work with a 68040 architecture.
it is compatible with any Macintosh that has the LC style PDS and does not require 32-bit addressing.
