Hard-to-find (or maybe nobody is just interested) Farallon PhoneNET Card PC LocalTalk. LocalTalk card for a PC with an ISA slot. Farallon took over making these from Apple (known then as the Apple LocalTalk PC Card).

Comes in box, including the adapter that connects to a LocalTalk network, drivers in 3.5" and 5.25" disks, and manuals. Has drivers for DOS and Windows 3.x, and I think there are Linux drivers out in the wild.
Tested with file sharing from a Mac running OS 7.6.1, and the shares were visible from MSDOS (see pictures). Could be an easier way of transferring files from MSDOS to the Mac.
Selling for $35 shipped to the lower 48.
