It is really really nice. 1,200 sq ft. duplex. A BIG garage (my car has never had a garage before... maybe this will slow down the paint-damage. hehehe).
There is a deck extending off from the dining room upstairs. 2 bedrooms, 1 LARGE bathroom. W/D, Dishwasher, big dining room, big living room, covered entry-way, and a cute rose garden out front. 
Now when Dr. Bob moves to Portland, he and his gf can come up and visit me in Seattle and I'll have a guest room and we can mod computers together!
I won't have much furniture until I go gather my stuff from Cali next fall... but I'll post some photos when I start moving my tiny bit of local stuff in next month!
