I bought an apple IIc off of eBay, and I have been using a reference manual from an apple II+. There are some extra hardware features on the IIc that I would like to make use of, but I have no documentation. Is there a separate manual for the IIc? if so, does anyone know where I could find one? Maybe even in PDF format?
Thanks,
Mark Baldridge
Yeah, they're out there. The one that would have come with the computer when it was new would have been the Apple //c User's Manual. Apple also sold the Apple //c Reference Manual, Volumes 1 and 2, and editions 1 and 2.
Search around the web, you'll find something.
Helpful for programming in Applesoft Basic will be A Touch of Applesoft (by Apple Computer), which will also introduce you to the disk operating systems DOS 3.3 and ProDOS8 (for 8-bit).
Good luck!

Search on Apple Computer, then look for IIc.
I believe I have the original IIC or II+ manual! If you want , I can scan it for you , put it into a PDF file for you.
Let me know.

Thanks, but I found what I was looking for.
Thanks everyone!
Sorry to dredge up this ancient thread, but didn't want to start a new one:
This link came up empty for an Apple //c Plus manual. Anyone have a good link to such a manual?
I have not seen any manuals, however the IIc plus is similiar to the IIc.
Here's a list of differences:

The only thing I could find was this website: http://noappleistoooldforus.com/books.html you can see just a little way down the page it lists Apple IIC+ Owner. Yuo'll need to contact them and see if they have it and how much they want for it.
Okay, thanks gents.
Jegs,
Go here:

About half way down the page.
You'll know it when you see it.

Trying to download from that website now and it's sssssssssslllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwwww
Wow, you ain't kidding! Looks like whoever is hosting it is on dial-up.
Yeah it almost seems like they might be on dial up, but I've downloaded other things there before and had no problems. It took me almost 4 hours to get it completely downloaded.
Yeah, went to church, and when I came back it was downloaded.
