Can anyone name me all the small motherboards round about the lc size. I need it for a hack but there will be no point if i can only get 33mhz out of it! Thanks.

The G3 desktop board is fairly small and can use ATX PSU's without much work. Or, the PPC 64/6500 and 54/5500 boards are pretty small as well and go up to 300Mhz.

You're both right

All of those boards will fit in an LC case, the G3 wouldn't be able to have any cards but it would fit - MacAddict did a modding issue where they did just that. They took the functional way out and built a box on top to hold the PSU and allow space for the various boads. The 5x00s and 6x00s aren't much bigger than a Mini-ITX board so they should fit. The problem there is again the PSUs. A CRT iMac's boards could fit in there as well.

You have to keep in mind that there are lots board MLBs that would fit in there, but it boils down to whaat else you can fit in there or find a clever way of attaching.

Here's another page about the PPC version:

If you ask me, it's vaporware.
