I found two more Asante SCSI-Ethernet adapters that I do not need. These have been tested to power on, but do not include AC adapters (I don't have any spare ones)
Take both for $16 shipped!

Can you describe the adapters a little more for us, please? Mini ('Desktop EN/SC', 2.5 x 4.5 x 1.0 inches), maxi ('EN/SC', 4 x 8 x 1.5 inches), or for PowerBooks? Lack of the AC adapters will make shipping cheaper, and better suit people in some other countries where 220-240VAC/9VAC will be needed. Are the DB-25M/DB-25M cables available, if they are needed? With TIA.

... but the sentiment remains.

They look like the picture in the above link.
Yes the adapters needed are 12Volt AC... I believe I have one SCSI cable I can include..
These are still available if anyone is interested.. sorry no shipping out of the USA is available.
... of the two plain (self-powered) EN/SC adapters ... which is no criticism, because they have a SCSI ID selector switch—and can be connected within the external SCSI daisy-chain, rather than being obligatorily terminal—as well as having provision for thin, thick and UTP ethernet connections. Pity about the shipping.
