WTB Memory chips

I am looking to purchase 16 each of Texas Instruments TMS4164-15NL for an AE RamFactor board I have.

For RAMFactor, you'll want 41256s.

are you sure it's a ramfactor? here's pdf for it. under add ram, it does state not mention 64k chips at all.

There were a couple of versions of the RAM Factor card. Phuge, did yours correspond to the posted manual?

Maybe it´ll clear situation if picture is posted....
if the card contains 4164-chips it sounds to me more to be a Saturn RAM card,
or one of it´s many clones...
and if it has been purchased at ebay
- it´s probably for sure not the first item labeled wrong for sale there....

It is indeed an Applied Engineering RamFactor board. I don't know why i thought the chips were 4164. I looked again today and they are 4256-15.
