Hello...
I have bought two sets of plastic alignment tools on amazon. One set is a good quality set. But with just sticking in a 6 sided tool or a flat blade tool, I can not really feel like I am turning the trim pot. I bought a second set which arrived yesterday. They are extremely poorly made, and none of the tools are labeled with the size. Same issue.
Can someone tell me the correct size(and if flat blade or six sided) CRT adjustment tool for the Color Classic?
I would think this is common knowledge among folks who work on Color Classics.
Anyone? If not, can you point me to a web site some I can read up and learn?
Thanks
jack
Folks...
I can't speak for other Macs, but I found out my Color Classic takes a hex head. It takes two sizes, a H-2 and a H-2.5
I have found all kinds of hex tools in that size, but they all are in metal. I believe we need a nonconductive tool, like plastic.
I looked all over to find two good tools, but I have not found any. I might have to just buy a kit, and hope the correct size is in the kit.
Anyone here know where I can buy the sizes I need? Or do you have a kit you like that includes the sizes I need?
Thanks
jack
