A lot of vintage related things coming out of my dad's storage. I posted here: https://www.applefritter.com/content/offloading-collection-hardware-software-magazines-and-books
Putting the ebay listing here for exposure rather than in that thread: https://www.ebay.com/sch/wildaero/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
Hope that's the right thing to do. If you have any questions about the listings feel free to contact me. I'll be adding more items soon, so be sure to check back every week or so.
I hope it's okay to bump posts. I just posted more auctions on ebay, which includes some interesting items like a Z-80 Plus card (sealed), an Apple III Writer software, and some printer software.
I'll be going to storage again this weekend, and will probably post more auctions on Tuesday or Wednesday. Thanks for looking.
More auctions just posted today. More to come sometime this week, again probably Tuesday or Wednesday.
I unfortunately didn't get to cataloging the magazines this past trip, but hope to do so next time.
More auctions just posted with some new things.
Going forward, does anyone have thoughts on doing lots for loose disks and cassettes vs. individual listings? I'm not sure what most would prefer.
Well for store bought software you could bundle by category (utilities, games (with subtypes (like text adventures etc))). Maybe in groups of five titles per bundle.
That's a good idea, I'll keep that in mind.
I've kind fallen into a schedule of posting new auctions on Fridays, and will have enough for a few more weeks of boxed software before I have to worry about loose disks and manuals.
I've posted a few magazines, and will get more done over the coming weeks. I'm still figuring out what's on archive.org and what's not to know what I should set aside for possible archiving.
I also picked up packaging material for the computers. I'll update again once those are up for auction.
One last bump for this thread with an update as I'm starting to post more auctions. A lot of game manuals this time, Popular Electronics magazines, and some Atari manuals. More to come tomorrow including Softalk magazines, a set of cassettes for Datamover/Telepong, and more manuals and boxes.
I'll be posting aucitons for the system hardware once I figure out the logistics of shipping them. Aiming for end of the month, early next, with a goal of being done with listing everything by the end of September.
