Does anyone know of a source for Super Serial card cables? I have an old card but have lost the cable that has the port on one end and attaches to the card on the the other. Any help appreciated.

Hello Rick,
first welcome to the board.....
next:
the following picture should help you solve the problem...
please recognize: numbering is allocated to MALE connectors ( those with pins )....
enjoy...

Thanks, speedy. I've been making different cables for the past couple of weeks. I don't know why it didn't occur to me to make one.
Do you know if the connector that fits the card is a standard connector, and if so, where to get one?
Is the above plug the same as this:
https://www.fasttech.com/product/1012801-2x5-10-pin-ribbon-cable-for-zigbee-jtag
It looks like I should be able to cut one connector off and solder on a DB-25.
Hello Rick,
yes the link to that cable displays usable part....
but pay attention: the brown coated wire is only located at one side to pin 1 !
At the other side the plug was attached wrong side around !
In the picture displayed, only at the left plug the brown strand
is located at the side with the embosed arrow in the plug that
indicates the location of pin 1.
And recognoize in my picture, i replaced the white strand by the color of light blue
because white color on white background is nearly invisible.

Thanks very much.
We now have someone on Ebay selling one:

Thanks. Just bought it. Sorry OP, I was literally just last night trying to re-crimp my broken one and discovered I had crimped it backwards - DUH !!!
I tried to reopen it and it broke apart. My next step was going to be to solder it directly. I may still do as a challenge but I couldn't pass up a solution for $10.

I have ALL the Parts to make some of these.. About half of my SSCs are missing this cable, so it seemed reasonable to order extra parts, ( for future SSC Purchases ).

Hello Mark,
so at least the drawing is of use for some guys here....
besides... one of he problems of that parts from ebay:
most of them have been pulled of the card, because they are rusted and inoperatable....
nowadays it´s more safe to make a new one...
all parts are availiable at electronic suppliers "round the corber" or from internet....
cost of the parts together less than 10 bucks...
so happy soldering....

I got the cables today. After looking at them, I thought I can get 2 from each cable shipped. The plugs are reversed relative to each other. It looks like brown is aligned with pin 1 on each connector. After measuring, I don't think there is enough cable. (This isn't the same cable from the link above). Of course, I haven't ordered the d25's yet.
