It looks like a standard male Type N to female RCA plug converter. Any chain of adapters that has a male Type N at one end and a female RCA plug at the other should do, although if you make it too long, attenuation of the video signal might result. Type N to BNC and BNC to RCA in all gender combinations are fairly common. No significant attenuation should result from combining the two adapters I named.
