I just got a functional and in good condition Apple IIe with green monochrome monitor and duo disk drive for $20.00. However, the duodisk cable is missing. Is there anyplace that sells them these days or any standard cable that I can use to replace it?
Thanks!
David
None that I know of. Here's the pinout, though:

Thanks for the help! After some searching I found this place: http://www.connectworld.net/cgi-bin/rrdata/L1569
It looks like they probably build the cable after you order it. I might give it a try,
That looks good - and a reasonable price for a custom cable.
Iec has got what you need.

Pretty sure it's the same company under the covers... same part number, same picture. IEC's price is a few dollars less, though.
To follow up, I got the cable a couple of days ago. It does appear they build the cable once ordered and send it to you. I just got around to going upstairs and trying it out. It does appear to work as The drive comes on and starts searching for a disk. Right now, I have no Apple II disks. Time to find someone selling some DOS disks!
