I think the Rana 1000 was for the Atari 8-bit. It would be cool to have something like that for the Rana Elite One, Two or Three. Those were the main drives they sold for the Apple II market. I always wanted an Elite Three, but they were super rare even back in the day.
Funny I just got an alert about one this morning. Alas, it's already sold. Set up a saved search and perhaps you'll eventually get one!
A good quality scan of this manual, any ideas?

I'm sure someone would love to have a scan of that. I'm not sure but I may have a copy of that manual somewhere around here. I have an Elite One drive. The other day I ran across the floppy for "EliteEnhancer" which I think is the patching software to take advantage of things like the extrra tracks and sides and stuff that the Rana drives are capable of.
If you can high res scan of the cover, the rest can be regular quality.

Take a flat straight on view of the diskette and I can repro it.
Those were taken with a cell phone, it is pretty hard to get good pics. I will try to put them on the scanner later to get some better images.
Is it different from the Rana Systems manual that's out there?
Thanks !
