Hi John,
I had to take a look to be sure what you were referring to but it looks like a NEMA 5-15r flanged power outlet. I haven't seen any with a metal flange like that in a really long time and I fear they might have gone the way of the dodo.

Thank you, @macnoyd. That looks pretty close to the original. It's hard to tell from the pictures available if the receptacle is flush mount or recessed on the Apple 1. To me it looks recessed a bit. I suppose that design will be harder to locate.
I think the orginal was just whatever the local hardware store happened to stock.
