I've been collecting game ROMs from Apple II and some of those games are pretty hard to find. I'm particularly looking for this version of the game "Pong": https://www.mobygames.com/game/100249/pong/Has anyone managed to get it?

I think I found your game. The 'Apple II Red Book' from 1978 has a basic program listing for the game you're looking for. Here's a link to two PDFs of the Red Book: https://archive.org/stream/Apple_II_Redbook/ . A remastered PDF and a PDF of the original book. You'll find the program on page 56 in either version, I think the remastered is a little beit clearer.

Although the remastered version is clearer, a quick scan of the pong program in the remastered version shows (at least) a couple of typos. See lines 30 and 205 for example.
Once you OCR it and clean it up, if you still have problems running it you can post it here.
