If you are going to go to the effort of scanning it, maybe post the scan to asmiov for prosperity sake?
Maybe the disk image as well?

The Document to the aScope is finished. Took me a lot longer than I thought it would.
Doing a nicer job takes a bit more time I guess ...
I've not gotten the disk imaged yet, but I will do it later this week. (I'm traveling this week)
