I think you came just at the right time. I've got a 7400/G4 1M card. If you still are in pursuit and wish for images of the item, please message me back. I am however in Australia, so not sure if you're ok with postage?
I'm also willing to selling 3 x 128MB DIMMs as well with the card. Meaning that you have 384MB on the card. I had fully staked my 7200 with 4 motherboard DIMMS and 3 card DIMMS... equivalent to 896MB... I'll even give you the latest drivers, unless you have them already.
Comes boxed (USED however), all docos, 2 floppies (original drivers and updated drivers + additional latest drivers in Beta). If you're happy with the item, we'll talk $$$ amounts from there.
