Not the same person. Read that page you linked to, then look at the eBay auction item and seller.
How to tell when someone is REALLY bitter... they spend the huge amout of time to type out the screen image, then are still bitter long enough to post it too.

Or they're just generally a jerk. Listing stuff on an auction site that isn't for sale is a kind of jerk move to begin with.
