On my Macintosh SE 1/20, I repaired the FDD, created the FDs System 7, using Rawwritecon Win XP, but now the HD doesn't start anymore :(The Mac tells me that it needs to be initialized but the "Disk Tools" FD manages to format it.
The HD seems to be runningIs there any specific third party utility to do this?
Try Apples HD SC setup or if you want a 3rd party program, Silver Lining is a good one.
Silber Lining is one I used back in the day. A copy of it came with a LaCie (Quantum) external hard drive I bought for a Mac Plus I had around 1990. There were a few others but I can't remember the names of them off the top of my head. If I remember right the Apple HD SC Setup only worked on drives sold by Apple or similar ones.
The original HD SC setup has vendor string restrictions, there is a patched version of the utility widely circulated which does bypass that restriction. I've had good luck with it.
I'm confused by your wording. Maybe a language translation issue?
1) Disk tools sees the drive but won't format it? Dead/bad drive.
2) Disk tools doesn't see the drive? Is it an Apple drive (will have a little sticker)? If not, you may need a different formatting tool, or patched Apple tools. If it is Apple drive, see #1.
The NeverEnding Story ... :(The HDD it's an original SCSI Apple MINISCRIBE model 8425SAThe System 7 Disk Tools says: unable to initialize, but it's change the volume name.I downloaded the FD "DiskTools-753-patched.dsk" but my RawWrite in WinXP, it only reads the .img files :(How can I convert the .dsk format to .img?
OK, if it's an Apple-badged drive and HD SC sees it, but will not format it, then the drive is likely failed.
It will need replaced, and start this conversation over again. :)
MiniScribe disks with stepper positioners are commonly experiencing a lack of lubrication.

I tried the lubrication, it didn't work :(
A new question:
can I replace the MainBoard of the Mac SE with that of the Mac Classic ?
The connector is identical ...
