In post #1, marvan asked:
"How can i make art on an apple 1 ?"
Uncle Bernie recommends:
Find the AIFF file for "Apple, the 30th" and load it into the Apple-1. Search for Apple 1 cassette AIFF WAV to find the depositories on the web.
Inspect the code.
This was a nice demo they wrote for Apple's 30th birthday and it showed pictures of Steve Jobs, Woz, and various Apple products using the graphics characters of the Apple-1. And for the limitations, the outcome was quite good.
The tedious part of course is to convert a picture or a drawing into ASCII codes which mimic the correct shades of grey. IIRC, there is open source software out there which can do that, but it requires a more modern machine to run on.
All this dates back to the 1960s and 1970s where the likes of Snoopy and other comic strip characters were printed out on a line printer, often combined with a calendar of the year to pretend it serves a purpose. I once blew the line printer paper budget for a whole month to print out Snoopy for my classmates.

ok thanks
I did something for my project on Soviet cosmonautics, Tsiolkovsky, Korolev, Gagarin... I used this resource, there's nothing complicated about it.
