I scanned and uploaded the Franklin ACE 2000 series technical reference manual to Asimov, it's in the "incoming" folder under the name (Franklin ACE 2000 Series Computer Technical Reference Manual.pdf). Seems I'm missing schematic 3 "Main memory", but I wonder if page 118 is that schematic since it seems out of place in that section.

No, page 118 is a schematic for Franklin's proprietary memory expansion card.
Evidently Franklin knew about the idiotic mistakes in the Micromax ViewMax 80e 128K and Saturn Neptune 192K memory cards, as well as the extra-idiotic Applied Engineering Memory Master as they included jumpers that could be configured to emulate severaly faulty behaviors of those cards. (Don't mess with the memory card jumpers -- there's no software that requires the odd settings, and setting them wrongly could short the CPU clock to the power supply.)
