Forum posts promoted to front page

This is dumb on my part, but for some reason I had it in my head that nodes of type forum couldn't be promoted to the front page. They can, so I'm going to start occasionally  promoting forum posts in this manner. It's going to be inconsistent, based on how much time I have and how much I'm paying attention, so please don't look at it as a judgement on the value of posts that aren't promoted.
