Disk Ii speed board tantalum values

Hello fellow members,

Would someone be able to confirm the values  of the tantalum capacitors located at C4, C7 and C9 on the speed control board of an alps drive. To me they looks like ,47 35v at C4 and C9 and C7 looks to be 2.2 16v. I can’t find a schematic for this board and the Sams manual doesn’t show items listed on the speed board other than the variable resistor itself. I can’t seem to set the speed set on this drive. I replaced the variable resistor and it shows the speed to be -1500 then a slight increase in the screw and it jumps to +1500, and the readings are all over the place. I know the drive isn’t at these rpms. If someone can confirm those values it will keep me moving and any other input on why this is happending would be appreciated as well.
